DESE Approval for Grades K–8 at Stars School & Learning Center

South Shore Stars is proud to announce that the Stars School & Learning Center has received approval from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to serve students in grades K–8 with dyslexia and language-based learning differences.

This approval affirms the Stars School & Learning Center as a DESE-approved program offering structured, evidence-based instruction in a small, supportive environment. With an expanded grade span through middle school, the school is now positioned to support students during the critical years of literacy development before they transition to high school.
