State Street Volunteers Help Randolph Extended Day Bloom for Spring!

We were thrilled to welcome back our amazing partners from State Street, who generously returned to lend a helping hand—this time at our Randolph Extended Day program! Their mission: to freshen up the outdoor space just in time for spring.

With energy and smiles, the volunteers spent the day sweeping walkways, raking leaves, spreading mulch, and planting cheerful pansies to brighten up the grounds. Their hard work has given the space a vibrant new look, creating a welcoming environment for our afterschool kids to enjoy as the days grow warmer.

Though the students were still in class during the cleanup, they found a meaningful way to show their appreciation. Heartfelt, handmade cards and a colorful thank-you poster were prepared in advance to show our volunteers their appreciation. Each State Street team member left not only with a sense of accomplishment, but also with a special card crafted by one of the children— a keepsake symbolizing the joy and gratitude their efforts inspired.
